The Annual UPTC Summer Picnic is scheduled for Saturday, July 11, 2009 at 3:00 pm at the home of Stefan & Michelle Laessig.

 

Our 9th Annual Golf Tournament is scheduled for Saturday, August 22, 2009.  Come out and support the UPTC.  The event takes place at Macoby Run Golf Course with a 1:00 pm shotgun start.  Download a golf form or a sponsorship form.

HIGH SCHOOL WRESTLING:

Head Coach – Tom Hontz, 20th Season (269-135-1 career record)

Last Year’s record – 6-2 in the PAC 10, 16-11 Overall

Wrestlers to Watch –

Notable Results – 25th out of 85 team at the Reno Tournament of Champions

Notes – Indians return 8 district qualifiers in Daniel Rodenberger(5th in Districts), Garret Fellman(2nd in Districts), Mike McStravick(4th in Districts), Cody Ambrose, Nick Hale(3rd in Districts) and state qualifiers Nick Edmundson(38-8) and Jared Bennet(42-6).

 

MIDDLE SCHOOL WRESTLING:

Head Coach – Rich Kubicek, 5th Season

Assistant Coaches – Mark Smith, Sr. & Devon Smith

Wrestlers to Watch –

Notable Results – 5th place at Emmaus Duals, 3rd place at Bellefonte Invitational

Notes – Congratulations to Wolfgang McStravick for taking 1st place and Outstanding Wrestler honors at the Bellefonte Invitational, and to Dante Steffenino & Dylan Steffeninoon 1st place finishes at the Bellefonte Invitational, and to 3rd place winners Avery Scripture and George Hernandez, and 4th place winner Shane Bergey, 5th place winner Tyler Livingstone and 6th place winner Kyle Fellman.
