Practice schedules will be distributed at the parents meeting and emailed out thereafter.
First practice for all groups is Monday November 11th.
We recommend long sleeve shirts and comfortable pants at practices. However, short sleeve shirts and shorts are allowed.
Wrestling shoes will be required. Do not wear street shoes on the mats. Do not wear your wrestling shoes to practice. Carry them in and change into them once you are in the building.
For those who are not ready to purchase wrestling shoes, we have a bin pf used shoes that may fit your wrestler. We ask that you contribute your old shoes to the bin whenever possible.
Head gear is suggested at practice. However, headgear is required for matches.
White - Monday and Thursday 6:00pm - 7:15pm at the UP Middle School
Yellow - Monday and Thursday 7:16pm - 8:30pm at the UP High School
Navy - Monday and Thursday 7:16pm - 8:30pm at the UP Middle School
